Integrated Health Concepts, LLC (IHC) focuses on helping, self-insured employers and health plans manage their prescription drug use, cost and quality. We are a nationwide pharmacy benefits consulting firm, with an extensive, pharmacy focused operational experience in designing and implementing successful strategies to contain cost and manage clinical aspects of prescription plan design and administration. We work with our clients to get the most from their pharmacy benefits manager (PBM).
Our pharmacists’ expertise brings you practical and proven clinical and business interventions that will positively impact both the quality and cost of your pharmacy benefit program. IHC promotes clinical programs that improve member health, reduce opportunity for adverse outcomes, and balance fiscal responsibility with access to appropriate drug treatments. We assess clinical management initiatives, including prior authorization programs, using internal standards based on clinical practice experience, current medical literature, and evidence-based treatment recommendations.
IHC acts in the client’s best interests when working with the PBM. Our team speaks the language of PBMs and health plans - fundamental to achieving results. We already work extensively with most national PBMs to control our clients’ pharmacy plan spending. We frequently address and resolve issues in plan implementation, administration and service.
